Session payments
All counselling session payments made to EduCareWay are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
A student may reschedule a session once, provided a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is given.
If EduCareWay cancels
If EduCareWay cancels a session, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.
